1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Mernuva ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including buyers, vendors, and visitors. By creating an account or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our platform.
3. Vendor Terms
If you register as a vendor, you additionally agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and documentation
- List only products that you have the right to sell
- Honor all sales and provide products as described
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate licenses and permits for your business
- Pay applicable fees and commissions as outlined in your subscription plan
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
4. Purchases and Payments
Pricing
All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (₺) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount including product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Vendors have the right to accept or decline orders.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Sell counterfeit or illegal products
- Engage in price manipulation or unfair practices
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use automated systems to access the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mernuva or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Platform "As Is"
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Vendor Responsibility
Mernuva is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by vendors, or the ability of vendors to complete transactions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mernuva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding obligations.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
